Avocado Dip

Avocado Dip

 Use this versatile dip with raw veges, on platters with bread, with corn fritters or as a sandwich spread. It will keep in the fridge for 5-7 days in an airtight container.

Ingredients

  • 75gm feta
  • 1 large or 2 small avocados
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 1/2 tbsp tahini
  • 1/2 cup yoghurt
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp white pepper
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Place all the above in a food processor and blend till smooth
  2. Check seasoning
  3. Eat straight away or store it in the fridge
